"Dear Lord God, I know I am a sinner. According to Romans chapter 10, verses 9 and 10, I confess with my mouth that I believe Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross and died for my sins. Forgive me now and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I accept Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of my life. I turn my life over to You, dear Lord, and thank You for this gift of salvation. Help me lead a life that pleases You from this day onwards. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.”
