We are no strangers to multiple influences in our lives. These influences often contradict each other and may even be at war with parts of us. Education, Culture, AI, Social Media, local and national news, and political, ethical, and moral influencers all have something to say that pulls us into a certain way of thinking.

 

These are poor resources for answering important life questions such as, "What is success? How can I be happy? Who am I? What is my purpose? How should I conduct my life? What can I do with personal guilt? Why is there pain, suffering, and evil? What happens when I die?"

If one tries to make sense of it all, they may be confused and bewildered, and some may feel angry, sad, or even isolated that the world no longer understands them.

Here is an offer for clarity: A human experience void of hope is a terrible pit of despair. The world offers a counterfeit brand of hope. Hope in Jesus Christ is authentic and true. One is based on the science of me—me and more me—while the other is based on the Holy Bible through faith in Christ.
