Faith...it’s not easy.

Faith is not for the faint of heart.
Oh..wait..oops...I have that wrong...everyone is ”faint of heart” until they set their mind on faith.
Let the Oxford English Dictionary chime in on the word, and we read that it means
”complete trust or confidence in someone or something.”
Hmm...what does it take to have complete faith? Or better yet faith in what? While you have to decide the latter, perhaps I can help with the first question by sharing this quote..
” Feed your faith, and your fear will starve.” Anonymous
Wise words, don’t you think?
To feed faith and to set the mind on hope for the future, you much first eliminate or remove, to best of your ability, the negative onslaught that the world feeds you. That means any unhealthy imagery, thoughts messaging, or influence. Indeed the media plays an endless drumbeat of negativity, and yet you may have many other sources as well.
Separate your self from these, and you’re on the way!
I challenge us all to seek the positive in as many forms as they appeal to you. For instance, perhaps music, literature, podcasts, lectures, love ones, and Christian leaders may be among them.
It’s important not to forget your mind and the roll in plays in a healthy lifestyle. If you have negative self talk on a loop that repeats over and over it’s high time to replace it with healthier and more positive thoughts.
As the quote says...” feed your faith”.
Next figure out what you want. Explore, think big, have fun. Pray that you know God's will for your life and watch it unfold!
Good luck!
