Well into the throws of the COVID 19 pandemic the virus continues its insidious spread, now into 165 countries. As of March 23 we find the world stricken with 368,000 people who have contracted the virus with 16,000 who having succumbed to its grip.
We pretend that it’s life as usual even at day 8 of the “15 days to stop the spread of Covid 19” Campaign now adopted by a large part of the country.
Difficult to ascertain the true impact on our lives as we know them vs. media induced hysteria fueled by unknowns and fear mongers.
I have spoken to many people coast to coast and border to border with one obvious truth that overlaps this fear. What is most important in your life begins to come into view with much of the daily distractions now gone or diminished.
It may be time for you to keep a journal and record these events with particular emphasis on how they make you feel and see the world/community from your own personal point of view.
May be a valuable opportunity to learn a great deal and a chance to reconnect with what is truly important.
Know this, collectively we will rise above this challenge. Question is what will you do to join in your own journey to rise?
